By Means Of Radio Frequency (RFID) Follow-Up System;

We are seeking to provide our clients with a better service by monitoring our production processes in a systemic way through tracking such items as;

  • Follow-up on each case at laboratory,
  • Current stage of each case,
  • Technicians performing the work,
  • How much time spent per case,
  • Departure time from laboratory,
  • Volumes of cases incoming and outgoing daily,
  • Volume of work submitted from each company,,
  • Total number of cases currently in laboratory,
  • Monthly/Annual performance of technicians and departments,
  • Types of cases submitted most frequently,
  • Turnaround time on cases.

Warning System

With our Warning System integrated with the RFID Follow-Up System and through which our technicians can monitor daily work-flows, we are aiming to reduce the time loss in production to a minimum, ensure that our technicians work in a more systematical manner and performing only the highest quality work through constant training and streaming data available at our production departments focusing on such metrics as;

  • Total number of cases that pass through each department,
  • Volume of work submitted by each department in the production cycle,
  • Visual and audio warning for urgent cases,
  • Displaying the remaining time for cases whose packaging deadline is approaching,
  • Volume of work to be submitted by which clients the following day,
  • Message display on which warnings by the quality control staff can be viewed,
  • Parts where training videos are displayed for technicians.
